PAYMENTS AND RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Payments are currently being accepted through e-Transfer, PayPal, or cash. All prices listed on the website or on external media platforms monitored by Custom Plus are incurrency of CAD. Payments must be made in full amount before your order is processed. The order cannot be canceled once placed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, nor do we offer refunds. All products are only sent out once they have passed the Quality Assurance Inspection. If a product fails to pass the Quality Assurance Inspection, we will notify you and then reprint.
Design mistakes (i.e. spelling errors, blurry images, etc.) on your behalf are not checked under our Quality Assurance Inspection. If the design is provided by us, we will ensure it is approved by you before processing the order.

HOW Does the final PRODUCT GET TO YOU?
Production time depends on the type of product ordered and the total quantity ordered. We will update you on your order whenever necessary.
We provide three ways through which you can receive your order:
Shipped By Mail
Your product will be shipped at the address you provide by mail. In this case, we do not take responsibility of lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Delivered
Your product will be delivered to your door by one of our team members at a given time that works in your favour.
Pick-Up
If you would like to pick-up your product, please let us know! We will provide you with necessary details.
